Segment Snake

This is a new map I'm creating that has a purpose for multiplayer development, putting the best elements of systems/spells and models to try and pierce the locket of fun gameplay. You choose your character like any other survival game, and then you battle each other with traps/wards and spells. Instead of battling 1 on 1 with another player, you're setting traps/wards to stop him in his tracks. Each character has different traps/wards and spells in which they can use to attack each other and use the environment against one another.

The environment is interactive, having rocks that you can throw, animals to tame, mountains to climb, caves to explore, and things to try and stuff in your mouth. You can use left out mining picks, which all have different abilities, to kill your enemies if you have to face them head on. Aliens come down out of nowhere and start abducting people. Once you destroy them you have little time to prepare yourself for the next wave, which brings us to our next topic, BOUNTY.

Killing monsters in caves and selling items to markets on top of mountains will get you money so you may prepare yourself for aliens, and buy new equipment to kill your enemies. You can buy a boat to sail down rivers, buy a zeppelin to fly to the top of mountains without having to figure out puzzles and kill monsters... boss battles with aliens are often very hard, as you may just need to hire a mercenary hero to help you take them down.

If you die, then you can't exactly... live out the opponents threats. Instead, you float a wisp or "spirit" that has mystical powers, which, can still stop the enemies from achieving their survival goal. If you die as a spirit, then you are gone forever, but you may play mini-games until the game is over.
