SCREEN - Need Custom Title Screen

I need a custom title screen/loading screen, or whatever is in place of the map when you download a game. I don't want anything big, All I want it simple:

A nice background with good effects, and the Words:

Shadow Arena

in the image. Anything extra, like images of paladins, or something, would be appreciated. Thank you.

y dont u try by urself if u have photoshop download a picture and copy n paste some stuff and it will work u should try it if no1 answeres.

Here´s something.. basic photoshop effects.. approx. 10min work. Not much to go after so I might consider redoing if you want. Also, don´t know what size you want it.. It´s 800x600 atm.

Thank you, that works well. i myself dont have photoshop, and my paint Shop pro quit working on me.
