No since i'm trying to get a fucking sturdy skin i can't find it, the ursa's and black bears don't drop anything (actually ursa dropped me once a shadow pearl but nothing more)

You can achieve the Runehammer by finishing a quest. You can get the quest from the blacksmith in Mytargas.

Ehm do you know what is the drop rate of those materials (flux and horns)? Im grinding for like more than 2 hours and still cant gather them...

EDIT: just got a "shower" of those...
