there is plenty of revive systems here on hive, look on spells or systems(dont know where they posted it
) and find which fits you the best

If a Revive System with a requirement of resource(s), surely this system is Manual, right ?
Not auto Revive System, correct ?
Tell me, how would these events occur ?
I mean, how a player wants to revive his Units, where does he go ? What does he do ?

As stated previously, we need more details. However, if you want this automatic it is a lot more complicated than manual (as you have to detect if the player has enough resources.) Manual you could just make it a shop like a gravestone. Please explain further, as there are tons of possibilities of what you could be meaning.
