Once user had played map, he writes about his opinions on map. It is review.

Yes, I know what a review is. But where are they? Are they the comment thingy or are theys stored somewhere? ( I'm new here so dont flame me

The "reviews" are indeed the comments themselves. They are stored in the resource's thread (either in the resource section or in the forum, depending on where the map has been uploaded).
"Reviews" may complete, detailed and informative, or not, depending on how helpful the "reviewer" wants to be.
