ok how would i setup when a creep respawns it has a item table?

Mh I am not sure that I understood you question...

You want a creep to be able to carry items after respawning?

If thats right you can try:

the backpack upgrade (gives creeps an inventory)
trigger to add the inventory ability.

he wants creeps to have items after being spawned. You will have to give them a inventory with droppable items in it, and trigger items gains, or make a trigger to create items when a creep dies

Advance>Item Table
Make a item table than
click on the creep and set it to have the item table
