Hello,

I recently added a Decay Flesh and Decay Bone animation to the attached file and it seems to work correctly, though I'm not entirely sure - since I don't know anything about modelling I just guessed on how to do it.

However, when I did test the model in-game, I noticed that it emits a light source a little ways away from the model when I click on it and it's always in the same spot, no matter where I move the unit. I'm not sure how to remedy this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I uploaded photos to show the problem.

Its not this model. See I tried to recreate the same bug on the testmap below, but it didn't happen.
Plus I checked the model you provided, and it has no Omni light node.

Yeah it's probably the portrait like @General Frank said, since you didn't provide us that, s'why I couldn't recreate it fully and there's no bug in the testmap.
