Request for a tutorial: How to make "choice boards&quot

Since i dont know what to call them, i just say "choice boards". Simply, how do i make things like this:

Please make a tutorial, or if there already is one out there, tell me where. Dont bother to give me a JASS turorial since i cant make JASS.
