Well those maps all require only a bit of triggering, hardly much. And if you can't do any triggering period, then this is an excellent chance to learn and improve your mapmaking skills.

Go to the tutorials section and start reading.
If you have any problems send me a Private Message and ill do a short image tutorial for you so you can understand it.
