Im just now starting a huge new project, its a single player, multi map traveling campaign, which means you will be able to travel to and from maps. Doing this makes campaigns in my opinion much more fun and opens many more oppurtunities in being able to do stuff.

***Storyline***

The beginning of the campaign takes place in the Ezria Empire, a desolate land scarred from hundreds of years of civil war between the empire and alliance. The land itself in this place screams of death, the landscape is dead and barren all around, you'd be lucky if you found a single patch of grass. The trees all around are charred and/or dead.

The beginning takes place in the capital city, where the main character (the player) is escaping along with a friend. (no name given to either yet) The city is under attack by the alliance from three directions, and the city is being bombarded by catapult fire.

After a gruling escape, the main character and his friend go to the next map, which is the coast, and must hurry to make it to the dock town and get to an escaping alliance boat. This is when the real game starts.

After a long six month voyage across the sea, a group of twelve boats filled with refugees from the dead empire make it to new land, a completely uninhabited land, well, thoguht to be uninhabited. As the story really begins here, you must help gather supplies to build a new town, but while off in the woods gathering wood and stuff like that, you find a troll.

Thats all I'l release for now.

***Gameplay***

-For a majority of the game you will play as the main character, but sometime you will be able to play as another special character.
-The main character's class is determined by the abilities/items he has.
-Abilities are learned through special stones called Zei'yl Orbs, but cannot be used until purified by a special trainer.

...much much more

***Terrain***

-The different maps will spawn from a large city with a giant castle, to grassy fields and woods, beach, and mountains, as well as some underground levels.

***Team***

LOOKING FOR
-Modeler
-Terrainer
-Triggerer
-Skinner

If anyone is in the least bit intrested, please let me know by posting

Campaigns usually take long to finish. Besides, you should provide a more detailed storyline and explain your view for the campaign more than what you did. Modelers and Skinners do not want to waste their time in a random project. It has to look promising.

Ok, the story goes like this...

The land of Ezria is a land that has been in civil war for hundreds of years. The evil kind Deya has ruled for this entire time, his life enforced with dark magics, makin him seemingly immortal, however, nobody but his very trusted advisors has actually seen the king, and from his throne room in the capital city of Uru'eyn he rules his great armies, ordering them to crush the alliance, an underground group who for this entire time has plotted to overthrow the evil king. However, time after time, every attack against the capital has failed. The alliance for all these years has been led by the current oldest male of the Berro family, and the current leader is the current oldest male, Uldus Berro, age 27, and his younger brother, Derris Berro, is the main character.

In the beginning of the map, Derris and a friend of his are on an undercover spying mission in Uru'eyn, when the alliance attacks, earlier then Derris thought. The attack is a three-pronged attack on the 3 sides of the city, the imperial castle consists of the entire 4th side. Catapults bombard the entire city, setting it aflame, and battle rages just outside the walls. As the map begins, you need to find a way out of the city, while avoiding imperial soldiers and catapult fire. The city is huge, so this will be a bit of a challenge. Once the player finds the correct exit, he runs into a battle raging right in the desolate fields outside the city, but at this point Derris is not yet battle ready, so he needs to stay away from the battle, but needs to get to the other side of it. Avoiding arrow fire, imperial soldiers, and catapult bombs, he needs to run to the other side and into the woods consiting of dead trees set ablaze by imperial mages.

After getting through the woods, a Derris meets up with his brother Uldus, and gives all imformation to Uldus, and his reply is the follwing: "The worst has been feared, its time..." And this is when the map ends. The next map is Derris needing to help get a large caravan to a coastal village where about a dozen alliance boats are awaiting, loading up a few hundred refugees. From the time the village comes in view on to the end of this map, its all an epic escape scene, showing the alliance barely making it out of this enclosed bay.

Now the real game starts. The refugee alliance lands, months later, on a new continent, undiscovered by humans before now. Uldus is now the set permanent leader of this new land, and it is named Keltia. In the beginnign of the time here, Derris needs to help gather supplies and resources from the surrounding forests to the east, the coast to the north and south, and above the north coast is the mountains, and the entrance to a mine that the people will soon build. There are more areas but arent explored yet. After Derris completes his first task of going into the forest to help get some wood alogn with a few other people, he is given another task of going out with a group to explore deeper into the forests. As the group is exploring, something new and strange is discovered, a humanoid with long legs and arms, a head with a pointy nose, long pointy ears, and two sharp tusks jutting from its mouth. The thing is holding two crude stone axes in either hand, and as the humans come into view, it stops and stares. The first troll in history has been spotted, and this encounter is not a good one, the troll throws an axe at one of the humans and kills him, then all the humans draw swords and charge it, just before they reach the troll, more come out, and they fight, killing the trolls, they return to the crudely built village at the coast and report what happend to Uldus.

From this point on, Derris needs to still help build up the village, but he also needs to help defend the village against constant troll seiges. As time progresses the village becomes better defended, the mine is created up north, and another village is begun construction to the south. (This village is host to a large troll siege later on, where Derris needs to help defend it) Time goes on and the roads are slowly being built, forests cut down, ect, showing the advancement of the humans against the trolls (think american history, european settlers and the native americans)

Time continues to go by and the humans have a large foothold on the coast with villages surounding it. Before the humans came the trolls never really were at war, but at this point, they have become fearsome forces of strength and power. This is when the Trolls Wars offically begin. Villages become well defended towns, and there is even a few castles here and there. The humans of Keltia now have a huge foothold on a very large protion of this southern part of the continent, metals are being mined in many different mines, and armored armies are being created, charging into battle with the trolls.

The story continues like this, to a point where Derris is named High Commander, the highest military position in of the Royal Keltian Army, led by king Uldus, who is by now a fearsome warrior who sometimes personally leads armies in battle alongside Derris. Once Derris becomes High Commander, he leads armies to battle against troll encampments and towns, until finally the Troll Capital Guru'zaul is discovered for the first time by the Keltians. Derris and Uldus plan an invasion of the capital, hoping this would eliminate the source of the endless troll armies.

There is more, much more, but I dont want to reveal absoultely everything. I hope you get the basics, as this is the game, but nothing real secret is revealed here. So yea, this is the overview of some of it, enjoy =)

*EDIT*

Ok I realized I didnt put in more of how the gameplay will be, so here goes.

-You will mainly control Derris, but at times you will also be able to controll other unites, like other soldiers sometimes, and at some points command whole armies.
-Weapons will show up as models in the hands, along with shield, I dont have a plan for what Derris will look like yet, but im hoping a model with him with a morph animation where he will be fighting with his bare hands when he has no weapon, and his main animation will be him fighting with a sword/axe and be able to defend with his shield.
-He will be able to be a custom type of class, players will be able to use Zei'yl Orbs to learn spells.
-To learn melee abilities you need to go to a warrior trainer
-To learn passive abilities you need to go to another type a trainer, depending on the ability.
-Combat will be just like normal combat, except for damage will be shown as floating text, along with abilities being cast, the name of the abilities/spells used will be shown as floating text.
-The maximum level will be probably 70,but maybe higher, if it is higher, it will be 99 or 100.
-Once trolls are discovered, you can start leveling by killing trolls, destroying troll camps in various locations ect...
-Depending on the level of Derris, that is how the strength of the trolls in each map are determined.
-Exp can also be gained by completeing quests given to help advance the human settlement(s)
-There will be a simple crafting system, where ores mined in the mines can be used to create some other gear.

There are a few other things that will be added, but I'm going to need to go into more depth and jot everything down, and also map out the terrain on paper.

What you don't need yet:

- Terrainers (you can make a functional terrain yourself).
- Skinners.
- Modellers.
- Any sort of artist (since artwork isn't needed until later).

And if you need a triggerer on top of all that lot, it would seem you don't bring much in the way of skills to the table. Ideas are ten to the penny; I personally have around half a dozen well developed ideas for campaigns, with two very well fleshed out and prototyped. I know that that counts for pretty much didly squat though.
