Reborn the Phoenix

I'm currently making a pheonix hero, and i've run into a bit of problems with making him turn into an egg(with less hitpoints) and then change back to normal with all items.

I've tried several things, but the move just never seems to turn out right, can any of you guys give me a headstart on how to do it? thanks alot.

P.S. I'm using Triggers still, I'm NOT JASS Proficient.
