Example <Adcn,DataB1> can the DataB1 instead be the spells current level and i know my example does not have levels or can DataB1 be a variable pleases explain how if you know thanks.

AFAIK, there is nothing that allows you to fetch the current level of the ability in a tooltip except for the learn tooltip which uses %d.
