Questions about WEU

Is it a separate program from the normal WE? Ive seen a lot of people complain about errors with WEU so id like to know what i shouldn't do in WEU? And how to use the advanced triggers and how to add more tiles etc.

EDIT: I installed WEU, created a map with the enchancer but when i try to open WEU it gives an error saying The patch was unsuccessful. And i cant launch WEU

Do you got the same version or older than the WEU's patch ? If not, i belive you cant open it. I think it uses 1.18 or something as patch ....

I really need to get 2 different cliff types on my map.An underground one and and ashenvale one.

It doesnt work properly if you don't have the WeU game patch (thus not multiplayer) for cliffs anyways.
