Question about icon credits

I have an bunch of icons in my map and all of them are from this site, now some are made by users but the other are made by " " - i think blizzard.
Now if i use those icons who should i give credits for.

give credits to the useres and blizzard, i think it's not hard^^

Those icons that have nothing are probably submitted by the Public Resource Provider, which was deleted for reasons unknown to me.
You may as well post the URLs (links) of those icons here.

Some of them are from DOTA and they are all from the ability/item category so this was just an question so that when i finish the map somebody doesn't say "he didn't give me credit".
