[Trigger] Quest Log - Changing Menu

Does anybody know how people change what it says on ouyr quest log. For example instead of reading "Main Quests" and "Optional Quests" It could say "Tips" and say "objectives"

And perhaps this is too advanced for a lil map maker like me but if anyone is really experienced, does anyone know how to change the user interface. If anyone has played Ice Troll Tribes, their ui has an icy theme rather than the racial theme.

Advanced -> Game Interface

You will find it up there with file,edit,view,etc.
