These are just romours at the moment. Apperently on the World of Warcraft forums, someone has found some imformation about the upcoming patch.
Concerning twinks: Im not sure this is true but after every bg you will gain a bonus amount of exp instead of handing marks of honor in. This will level the twink up and eventually cause them to enter the next bracket.
This part is true: In silithus there will be a world PvP ground, therefore no queues. You will need to collect sand called sylithis (sp?) and hand it it in to a camp nearby to gain a temporary buff to anyone in that zone. On PvE servers this will flag you making you able to be targeted by the other faction. Another plus side is when you attack these camps you will gain no DK's which will increase the amount of people PvPing. Unfortunately these PvP sites are only in the high level zones, Eastern Plaguelands and Silithus. If these can get rid of DK's from killing quest givers etc, and make towns/cities capturable World PvP will be back.
