Purple Stun Debuff Effect

Hey, ive tried looking for the skin file for the lil stun debuff, the blue one that circles above a units head, had no luck with wc3 viewer or extractor, could someone make this stun buff for me in purple or tell where to find the skin so i can edit it myself.
