Problem With Pant shop pro.8

Recently i upgraded my art tools. I traded in version 7 for version 8. However, now i'm having dificulties with saving my skins properly. In fact, whenever i try to see it in the WC# image extractor, i appears with a very thick blue haze over it. I am very confused about this as i cannot save any model without this happeneing. Can anybody tell why this is happeneing and how to fix it?

Image formats you extract skins with Image Extractor II may be " blue " when opened. Try saving the skin as .tga and make sure the bits are high enough.
