Some of the time when I post or do another action (ie: jioning a group). It states that I have completed the action but when I go back to that location the action has not been undertaken.

it is because you press back button or you are not press back button?

Back button doesn't refresh the page. If you want to go back, press it and then hit F5 (or click refresh).

No, some of the time even after I return to the previos location using the "tabs" at the top of the forum screen it still erases the post. I could just be imagning things but it does seem to happen to me

Take screens of your problem,using the ''Print Screen'' Button,submit them here and I'll solve your problem.

I can't take a screen shot cause it would just show a screen with no post by me on it.
