    Thanks I guess. I usually make my maps simple on purpose because that's what I like to play myself. I don't like overcomplicated maps.

    It's also worth mentioning that this was an entry for a MINIGAME contest, so it wasn't supposed to be no fekkin ORPG to begin with.

    yay, I know but usually really simple maps like this one are extremely boring. This map is simple like a "minigame," but still fun. I still think he needs to add a bigger island to though. If you get more then 5 people on the current island it's really boring.

    It's just like playin g loap with 2 people. It isn't fun. The key is to find the inbetween map size that makes the game fun for most or all sizes of games.

    The current island stays, no other islands gets added, what I might do is redouce the player number to 8 or 7 instead.

    Work on version 1.4 has begun!

    Currently I have fixed the leaderboard/point bug, it was actually quite simple, I just made a dumb mistake. I also fixed the message that comes when you click the mouse to move so it now does not get spammed but can maximum be showed every 2 sec.

    Now would be a good time for people to drop in with more ideas for the map, anything and everything is appreciated!

    what about having something like runes appear at a random spot on the map, and if youget it, it will give you a boost, like haste, and invulerable, and maybe more stuff? heh

    Good idea, I have actually already thought about adding this and were going to add it in the previous version if not because of the time presure I had because I had to finnish the map for the contest.

    (Do come with different rune ideas) :)

    Runes i came up with:

    [Invulnerability]: Makes you immune from getting tagged.
    [Haste]: Makes you run faster.
    [Stun]: Stuns all players on the map (except the one who picks it up)
    [Slow]: Slows every player on the map (except whoever picks it up)

    heh just a few, might come up with more later

    Invulnerability and Stun I am not sure how easily those could be done, but Slow and Haste will probably be in for sure. Keep 'em comming!

    invulnerable and stun is easy,

    for the invulnerable edit the trigger to make it like
    : If unit has buff, then set tag = notable

    and for stun make a dummy unit cast storm bolt on them, but make the storm bolt deal no damage and have no missle... :D

    Or for stun just make a dummy unit warstomp.

    I know how to do stunning but the problem lies with the walking trigger, but hopefully it is easily passable.

    Anyways, more rune suggestions would be great!

    Davey Jones' Rune: Summons a ghostly pirate ship onto the shore for you to flee in. Lasts 30 seconds. If the ship disappears while you're out on the water, then you automatically drown.

    Uhm thanks for the suggestion brad, but the runes are just for simple things such as speed increase/decrease, some small and easily fireable abilities and such, not such big things like that :p But still thanks ^^

    [Reverse] Automatically reverses the direction of everyone. So if person B is walking left, and person A gets a reverse rune, then person B and everyone else except for person A walks the other way. In this case, person be would switch from left to right.

    One that randomly moves units positions around. For example, if the positions were

    Then after Player D uses the rune

    Do you get what I mean?

    I get it but I am not to fond of that one, would cause way to much confusion I think, but I'll keep it in mind for later versions after basic runes has been implemented.

    Just keep the ideas comming :)
