Oh by the way did you try the "Mental Omega" mod? Complete Yuri faction with 4 sub-factions.

Like an expansion kinda. You get 3 campaigns with soviet, usa and yuri, new units for all nations, and you know how soviet has for example Russia, Iraq, Cuba well yuri gets his own "nations"...whole patch is 50mb but you need to update yuri and get one program for yuri editor.
