aren't thunder lizards a part of the reptile species? if so they would freeze to death or just won't move a muscle

These are frost lizards xD, yeap, but i dont know, they maybe undead or something hahaha. Blue dragons are reptiles as well, and we dont ask ourselves why they throw frost.
