Photoshop 6.0 (Tryout version) help

I edited a skin but now i can't get it to save. The save option under "File" is grey and doesn't work. Can someone please tell me how to save my files or what i have to do to be able to save them?

It's pretty obvious that your Tryout copy DOES NOT allow you to save. End of story.

Okay. Thanks. Can you tell me of a program similar to Photoshop that is free that will allow me to save?
