Pending tools getting ignored?

The last tool to be approved was on the 5th of November, are the pending tools all crap or are they just getting ignored?

Yes i have done some digging into this topic myself

Dr. Super God (the admin who watches over the tool sectopm) Sadi the tool mod is not active. now since wolver is not here and ralle is really tied up with the new module section they cant appoint a replacement
