What do you guys know about a trigger tha passes a ball? This is the one trigger in my map that has me completely stumped on and I can't even find a tut for it. I want the unit to cast a spell taht targets a point and if the unit has an item ball, the unit loses the ball and it flies over to the point. When the ball gets close, I have a spell that is catch, and if a unit that the ball is the ball as it is coming uses it, the unit catches the ball. The catch spell lasts for 2 seconds though, so players have to time it. If the player misses or no one is close to it, the ball will go a bit farther and then turn into an item so players can pick it up again. Does anyone know how to do something like this and would be willing to explain it? Also, if you wanted to get fancy, it would be cool if the trigger put a small arc on the ball as it goes to the other unit, and sometimes the passes are not accurate, missing by small sometimes and a lot other times, so players have to actually move to catch. And, a little edit that gave a small percent of missing the catch even if they used catch and should have got it.
Did anyone read that and understand, I am sorry for such a huge wall of text.
