Orc Acolyte

This bundle is marked as useful / simple. Simplicity is bliss, low effort and/or may contain minor bugs.
I tried to make a sick orc, I thought that being draped in tanned cloth and the cough animation would make a decent orc. I used some freehand , recolor, and a slight texture on the cloth to give it a worn-out kinda look. Please post any suggestions so I can improve on it.

edit his face, its still a human face with a red thing stamped on his face, dont just recolor his face and consider it done. cape is crap, you tried to put too much things in it, keep it definated and simple. if you'd like to give it a worn-out look, dont try to do micro-details, make it global. no skins made by blizzard features small details, and its perfect like this. those red/black-red lines are shit, it just doesnt look good.
