Oh man need help

Like firstly i downloaded some skins and models however ive stopped using them and want to delete them. Ok i deleted them from my warcraft map, but i cannot delete them from my computer, before they were place on my desktop, but now it says cannot delete file is not at that location and to find the path to delete it...

What to do?

No idea? WTH did you do to them? MB check C: programs dekstop folder...
