NOOB- Importing tunned existins skins

Well guys that is my NOOBass problem.

I wanna to change one skin of a existent unit of warfrat 3.
for example, Maiev, i want to change her skin for another tunned by me but. I DONT KNOW HOW¡¡¡

Someone can show me how to do that? and if it is possible, to put the two skins at same time.
