An idea of mine is to go in the Object editor and either give the nuetral units a decently high cast animation time like maybe .600 or .500 the value below should stay below the above actualy animation time. or maybe adding a slight casting time to the nuetral units abilities themselves something low probably. Also Lifee_72's way is very effective thats how DotA's nuetrals are I believe. Except the dark troll warlord seems to summons skeletons in my past experiences if you kill the small trolls first.
THEN try to make a trigger with the Event generic unit begins casting an ability
If owner of triggering unit equal to nuetral hostile then
If ability being cast = to x then
If ability being cast = to y then
Order triggering unit to (Order with no target)Stop
The neutrals shouldn't cast spells by themselves, so they are probably being controlled by a computer player. This action will prevent the computer from using the unit.
