Negative Value in Object editor

Hello, I need some help with creating abilites. Everything works fine, but im not able to make negative values. For example, if i want to make a movement speed reducing Wind Walk. When I set the movement speed to -0.50 and press ok, it automatically turns to 0.00.
Its quite annoying, cause i cant make any reducing effects on auras either
