Why the hell are you posting this? And why are people like you even allowed to own a computer, let alone visit these forums.

You don't download the world editor, it comes with your copy of WC3:ROC and get upgraded by TFT.

yes or you download the WEU from the tools-section. contains lots of new and helpful functions.
