Need help with Chance to hit on ranged.

I want to set in my map that you have normally like 50% change to miss on ranged. And I want to make an item with the ability to miss 50% less then normal. Can someone please help me?

That would require a custom triggered system(which can't be made 100% accurate)

I believe there's a D&D system in the spells section. I think it has what you're looking for.

LOL, I just found out that the ability Orb of Lightning has 3 Properties where I was looking for:

1: Chance to hit Heros
2: Chance to hit Summons
3: Chance to hit Units

notice that this orb will work only on direct attack...

That chance is only for casting the spell attached via orb ability.
