need help. how to put my downloaded spells in my wc3 map

Well you copy the triggers then then open your map to paste them in,but before that you need to go to FILE>PREFERENCES>tick AUTOMATICALLY ADD UNKNOWN VARIABLES etc.

There are different ways depending on what you are trying to import into your map.
As said already be sure you set "Automaticaly create unknown variables while pasting trigger" on (found in file>preferences). Most triggers require just copy + paste.
However, if you are trying to import Jass/vJass spell you will need JNPG and other stuff, so your editor can read them properly. Advices for importing vJass spells you will find here.
There is a lot of helpful stuff in Jass section if you willing to import such spells. There are too many things to point out, once again depending on given spell.
