Why should it be 128x128 if its completly black?
In the war3.mpq there is a completly black skin.
Path: Textures/black32.blp
But its size is 64x64

Why waste your time on making 128x128's? Just make a 1x1

Seriously, and if you are trying to override something within the war3.mpq why not just make an empty text document and say its a TGA? Works for me (well with sounds anyway).
