Huurka hes asking for a link to the model hes not requesting the model to be created he just asking for someone that has the model to send it to him. I dont think theres a need for a request sheet.

I meant that he will have higher chance to get his request done if he uses the sheet i linked.

He is committing the act of asking for something to be given or done.

Who cares though, if you have the model, give it to him. If not, don't worry about it...
