Could you zoom on that cylinder deal? There seems to be a bit too much geometry for what appears to be a box.

Yea so that's a cylinder, you could easily make that a box with much less geometry to help with unwrapping and space. [Because even the lowest-poly model can still waste space]

I'm going to make a tutorial on Max animation some day, but I don't use Milkshape, no.

Even without animations it needs a better texture.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

That's a poly disaster. all the bars and such could be used using faces or alphaing on big plane. As for the two sub buildings, delete all unseen faces. Another thing is that your cylinders have many, many unnecessary stacks.

Yeah, and the reason the textures are horrible because i use ms paint. Mothers laptop can't hard that much stuff on. So i'll update the textures tonight, and I've been fixing one off the roofs i have so the pink texture of the roof doesn't go behind a window because i forgot to resize one of the sides of the roof's, and i am trying to create a analog clock for it and the arrows on the clock move all the time then i am going to try and create a better texture for the sandclocks.

Oh yeah how do i halve the poly count, and i opened the mdx file of it in wc3viewer its the small size of the goku's house i did. I was wondering how do i make it bigger with out resizing ingame.

Update: Added Analog Clock, and fixed the sand.(Still needs work)

Offtopic /:/ is their anyways to transfer joints from a model to another model.. Because when i edit a .mdx model it doesn't show any joints... in ms3d i was wondering is their away to see them.
