I need help with the portraits. I have downloaded custom portraits. But where to change them? Please, submit a screenshot.

To change custom portraits, you need a model editor like 3D studio max with import capabilities.

He said he downloaded portraits from the site.
So either he has a model with the portrait he wants to import, or he has a portrait he wants to import. Either way, he would have to import them to his map.
I'm not an expert on what's needed to make a portrait work, besides a corresponding model or what not, so I'll stop there.
