from in-game ? well thats difficult... it's an old game ...
ok. Sectoid is a little bug eyed grey alien , also known as gray (in wikipedia write gray alien and you will know what I mean). Ethereal is robed one , so make a guy with robe , who's head is just darkness. Like acylote , just black space instead of face. Thats all I can say. Description of muton or floater is quite hard.. It may handle only X-Com fans (or knowers).
By the way.
You can find how it looks in wikipedia. Just write it's name (eg. Muton).
