Models without colors

hi guys Could you help me please with this problem I imported models and send to 2 friends and most models are white without colors what can be problem ? and what could help ?



thats how 1 of them see and other is mine

check if the red, green and blue tinting colors are set to 255 of the unit that is white

The lone unit in that map appears perfect to me.

By the sounds of things the problem is caused by game and video settings being turned too low resulting it texture loss.

To fix, make sure the game settings are maxed out (everything highest quality) and that texture settings in your GPU are also maxed out (best quality textures with lowest compression and best filtering).

Well the problem is definatly driver related, what graphic accelerator are they using?

Nvidia?
AMD?
Intel?

Intigrated or discrete? Are they running the Windows version on Windows or are they runnign the Mac version or a version using a windows emulator on Linux?
