Modelling Improvements - Show us your progress!

Hey guys!

I thought, I'd make a thread where everyone could post his first and latest model, to show everybody how much he has improved since his start. A few comments to the pictures would be nice too! I'm just interested about it, as there may be guys whose first models already looked great, while others had a bit more difficult start. But the main porpuse of this thread is to give all the modellers motivation to continute their work, constructive critics and comments about their doing, and what they could still improve!:thumbs_up:

This was my first model and this is my last model so far. I'll make more with the passage of time. :wink: The model I'm working currently on is the Haradrim Slayer (hero). Unlike my previous models, he is going to use a custom skin, partly hand-drawn by me. I'm not very far yet, but i have finished my concept pic. It's the pic below. My main problem in this case is my very lacking and low knowledge of skin-drawing. I'm studying daily various tutorial (not only the ones from Hive) for improving my skills in this. :vw_sleep:
