Modeling Problem

I Have a problem:
I made a model in 3dmax and export it to mdl.
I Fixed my texture path in Text Editor .
but now when i go to game i see my model in red color.:eekani:
there is a bug here and it is:
When i delete my texture from game my model shows red in game but normaly it must be invisible.


Please help me.

Hi
I have a new problem .
im using milk shape but i dont know how can i export textures to use my model form that.

Comments:
I Have Warcraft Mdl Export for milk shape 3d.

If you want ingame textures, you will have to edit your mdl file. Open it in magos, and then search with Window > MPQ browser

Go to texture you wanted (example, textures\crystalopaque.blp) and then click "use as texture" after that , go to material manager and change material's texture to the newly imported one (textures_crystalopaque.blp) one. Than it should work well.

BTW your model is abit hi-poly.

yeah, it might cause some lag. You could probably decrease that. I dunno about milkshape or w/e but i think 3ds has a way to decrease coloring detail and such. Im not an expert at 3ds so dont quote me on this.

Excuse me!
Now I have a new problem and that's:
Now I can create a model,adding materials to it and export it to mdl/mdx.
But how can i export my materials to a texture like JPG , TGA or BLP?
