Model\Skin need 2 models unrapped and labelled please

Okay, i have two models in which need unrapping and labelled because i cant seem to get the model unrapped correctly.i would really appreciate it if someone were to help me with this small task, and of course, you will be givin credit for your help. if you agree to do the job without stealling the model, then i will send you the .ms3d files. once again, thank you.
