Firstly, thank you for reading my request.

The image the model is to be based on for guidance - Dizzy from Guilty Gear:

The details:
Model like the image but without the yellow ribbons - face more enchantress/elvish for the War3 feel.
Model need not hover - can walk or hover
Wields a whip in each hand - black whip in her right hand and silver whip in her left hand.
Whip animation extends 300 units.
An animation for Ability: Slashing Passion -> whirlwind extending 250 range around her but with whips.
An animation for Ability: Exhilarating Anguish -> a beckoning gesture.
An animation for Ability: Ravenous Delirium -> outstretched arms, head back for a second.

what is the use of this model it seems highly complicated and you have given no reason for why anyone would ever want to make the file...

I am in serious development of the story, theme and skills of the hero and wish to submit it to custom map sites for consideration.
A major hindrance is that most custom map sites want unique hero models and do not seriously consider applications which does not possess a decent model.

Full credit goes to the maker obviously wherever I submit it.

Furthermore, if no custom maps accept it I wish to use it as a centrepiece for my own RPG custom map. A project I've kept shelving in the past.
If an awesome model is created or a model maker feels that it requires too much effort to be done for free I do not mind paying for their time spent in making a suitable model. However, it wouldn't be a large sum.

Is succubus model not adequate?

The succubus model from WoW is definitely perfect...
But I don't know how to extract the model AND animations from WoW, compress it down then convert to WC3.
The whip animation, the standing animation, the running animation, the walk animation, the entice animation and the critically hit animation are all I require for my hero.
Also just changing the colour/skin of the wings and a lesser point would be to change the hooves to boots.

I am absolutely hopeless with the graphics side of things.

Also I THINK most custom map makers are not comfortable with a direct rip and slight artistic skin variation from WoW to WC3? I've seen some debates over the legality of that. Esp since its going from one Blizzard product to another.
If I'm wrong I'll be jumping with joy as it would make this a LOT easier!

Edit: I've also trawled a lot of websites/forums and have been unable to find a model of the WoW succubus as is with the whip and its animations. Most have just taken the model and removed the whip!
