Model incomplete

hello i just made a troll, it is based on the witch doctor, id like to know if someone want to convert it to .mdx / .mdl cuz i don't get the converter's tutorial, if someone have the time ill be really glad it is .ms3d

my models donesn't have animation, i just want to export the .ms3d file to .mdx
and there it say that you have to stop the animation and those things :S
