I'm using "Oinkerwinkle's vertex modifier" (Please correct me if I'm wrong) and I can't add a face using the "Add" button. How do I do this?

Are you sure that you have set your comma's and dot's to the american notation? Since Oinkerwinkle's vertex modifier will not work without that notation? This fixed the problem for me, I'm not sure about you. Test it...

That is not what I meant, I meant that you will have to change the notation of dots and comma's to be reversed in order to use this editor.

decimal values are displayed 00,00 in europe countries. In america it's displayed as 00.00

Same goes for higher numbers.

123.000.000,00 in europe
123,000,000.00 in america

If you change the notation to american notation you are abled to use the add button of Oinkerwinkle's vertex modifier. I had this same problem myself...

If that still doesn't work you'll have to install the library files for Oinkerwinkle's vertex modifier to make it work:
