Missing Creator

Hello again, Hive!

I don't know if this is the right forum to ask, but what should I do if a spell's creator has gone inactive? Where can I especially ask his permission because it's found in a map where he created himself?

I'm don't have really that exact knowledge on how to make spells, plus the one I can only do are really basic ones. It's supposed to be a system of gathering resources. I have currently no knowledge about the specific idea at hand.

And no, I'm not copying someone's spell. It's really not copying because I'll credit him (because not giving credits to someone's work is absolutely rude).

It's the one that GT made for a contest. He had made a system that allows to extract lumber from Coral Beds by using some turtles or tortoises of some sort. I tried to trace him (no, not the FBI style) but I see he's gone inactive. Or maybe he has another account?

I try to use it in my map about a Naga race.

Well... I don't know if you can copy it just like that.
But if you want to use it for personal use then it is ok anyway.

I'm planning it to release it (if I'm really lucky and I'm not gonna be a goner when it comes to updating). So, should I just credit GT instead without his afore concern?

Well, I did checked his profile and saw his reputation disabled and only statistics and resources are available (sort of).

Ah... I see. Very well, then this leaves the matter at hand finally closed. But why was his account at that situation? I'm pretty much sure he's a great guy because he had helped back then I had recently registered.

Disabling features like reputation doesn't mean there is something wrong with him.
