Militia Wars

This bundle is marked as useful / simple. Simplicity is bliss, low effort and/or may contain minor bugs.
In this game, the player controls vast armies, Players command armies made up of archers, knights, and spearmen, each unit with its own advantages and disadvantages. Strategy is key, requiring players to utilize terrain and resources intelligently.

UNITS:

Militia:
Class: Infantry
No armored fighter, cheap and cheap and efficient in filling the army quickly good agains archers and spearman, weak against cavalry units.

Axe Fighter:
Class: Infantry
well-balanced leather armored fighter, strong against archers and spearman, weak against cavalry units.

Lance Carrier
Class: Sperman
Very strong against cavalry units, weak against archers and infantry units.

Bowman
Class: Ranged
Long ranged unit that can cause high damage at range, very weak against infanty and cavalry units.

Features:
1) Every unit has custom sounds (imported from game Knights and Merchants), the music too has been replaced from that game too.
2) Infantry units has charge attack, that cause it runs 50% faster in direction of its facing angle
3) I´ve made a precipice (terrain)
4) Custom resource Iron is need to make iron units (Sword fighter, Pikeman, Knight, Crossbowman), but in this map it doesnt is necessary (maybe in future ones)
5) Back stab damage, if a unit takes melee damage in back, it recieve critical damage.
6) Massive units battle.
7) The enemy has an triggered IA, that hold position, defend positions, and attacks you when it has been attacked in one side
8) In KaM game, when a melee unit enters in combat you lose the control of that unit until the combat finishes, so be strategic when joining battle!
9) The damage system follows an integer system, for example, if the unit does 4 damage and the target has 1 armor the resulting damage is 4-1 = 3 damage
10) 3 difficulties can be chosen, the difference is that the more difficult the enemy units have more upgrades.
I´ve done Classic asset.

This game is based in game Knights and Merchants. Hope you enjoy.

A credits list in the map description with the names of the authors whose resources you've used is mandatory. That includes models, skins, icons, custom spells, systems. Also, sounds, music and everything outside this site.

ADDITIONAL NECESSARY INFORMATION
  • A credits list in the map thread description is required where the names of the resource (models, skins, icons, spells, sound etc.) authors are mentioned along with the specific resource. It would be a luxury to have links leading to the used resources. Credits in the Quest Log would be appreciated too.
  • A detailed changelog in the first post would be helpful to reviewers and notify fans about the newest implementations to your map.
  • Map thread tags are important. Please use those that fit and not more or none.

Units are quite regular Warcraft III ones, upgrades pretty much Human based.
There's two Blacksmith buildings.
One building (the Stables) is enough to enable all units in the Barracks to be trained.
Units are pretty much versions of each other; they don't feel unique.

Overall, simple and incomplete.
