Med. Map Guy's Campaigns Timeline

I was browsing through Med. Map Guy's campaigns, and since I never played them and everyone recommends them, I thought I'd give 'em a try.
Thing is, I got the impression that they follow some kind of timeline, so I'd like to know which ones the first, second, third etc.
Also, the Joe's Quest Gold download is broken, but the news said something about some links being down, so I guess that's why.

As far as I know all links for older maps is broken because of anvil's database being wiped out some time ago when they got kicked out (deleted really) from their old server for some unknown reason.

I have no idea if the stuff will return or not.

Also I cannot help you with where you might else be available to get med's campaigns besides maybe worldofwar (a wild guess really).
