mdx shown as mdl

Hi, i didnt found another thread where some1 had this problem.
My Problem:
I downloaded a Model and imported 1 .mdx and 1 .blp File.
After that i chose a Peon to test it but when im Choosing the .mdx
File its shown as .mdl and i cant load it.

Here a Screen i hope it shows what i mean:

WE's Import Manager often changes the file extension .mdx to .mdl.

If the imported file is a valid Warcraft III model and its texture file(s) are correctly pathed, it won't matter: the file will perform properly.

Hm ok. It's a Wow-Model i read they are forbidden but i found some and i wanted to use it for a single campaign.
Seems like this is the problem.
But one time it worked... wondering why it don't works again (even with the same model).
