Hi, is there a way to select a large amount of imported files and remove war3mapimported\ from them at once?

Copy the war3mapimported string, then paste it. It will remove the string automatically, shortening the time to do this.

That's why, rule of a thumb; upon importing, set paths right so that later on a pile of work does not overwhelm you.

You can write a program to do this. It is done in the same way as writing any form of batch processing program.
